Westboro Baptist Church Redux

The WBC is gonna be one town away from me tomorrow.

The urge to go troll them and even make a video of it is OVERPOWERING, but I decided against it. Mainly because they are protesting a soldier's funeral.

You see my thought process works like this. My first instinct when I heard about this was not: that poor family, or , that poor soldier. It was "let's go trolling!!!"

The fact that I want to go there for nothing more than my own petty amusement is shameful and makes me no better than them. Again I do want to mock them, but this is not the time to do it.

Even it it weren't for my ethical dilemma I had another appointment tomorrow anyways.

Ah, it all makes sense now.

I still can't wait for Papa Phelps to kick the bucket though. I imagine his funeral will be a bigger version of what he's done to everyone else in the country, and when they cry foul everyone will go WHAT GOES AROUND COMES AROUND, AND GOD HATES BIGOTRY LIKE YOURS.
