Dude any question that doesn't contain the phrases:
"know what this blotch is"
"what does it feel like"
or
"something-i-lingus"
is not an embarrassing question.
GAMEFAQS usually has game specific codes for Game Genie and Pro-Action Replay. As for code specific sites, I'm not sure.

As Jason said, GameFaqs is a good one if you are looking for Gameshark/game genia codes, if you are looking for cheats gamefaqs is still a good option, Gamewinners too as Ocie said.
Also, but not about cheats, a REALLY good place with gameshark codes and stuff hidden in games' rom/catridge, is this:
