Ocarina of Time for Switch 2

I probably won't be able to get it on launch day (Nov 5, but the digital version still exists anyway) BUT I will be going to the NYC Nintendo Store in Manhattan on launch day.

I just got a switch 2 a couple of months ago, before I realized they were making the "Special 40th Anniversary Ocarina of Time" version... maybe it sounds ridiculous, but I might sell my regular switch 2 at some point to get the Ocarina of Time Version

I have the 40th Anniversary Ocarina of Time switch case though.

Anyone else as excited as I am?

well I don't have a switch 2, so no Oot for me. is it compatible for the switch 1? my buddy has one, maybe he'll buy it. but since we're starting WoW forever first, I don't think I'll worry too much about it for the next months

Excited for sure and a sucker for nostalgia! Would love the play it, but haven't really felt the spark to get a Switch 2. And getting one for just OOT is not enough justification to myself.

I'm going to settle for getting it maybe a year down the road, when the reasons for a Switch 2 finally stack up or the price dropped

I did also get the Switch 2 version of Terranigma but that's mostly because I just want the pretty box, I'll probably play it on Steam anyway.

I donno quite why, I've bought all Zelda titles and played on launch in my adulthood, but it just doesn't feel the same now. I remember my boss calling me crazy thay I took PTO to play Breath of the Wild on launch day, maybe I was...

Terranigma will be playable on the switch 1. I bought the switch 2 version too, but I don't have a switch 1 either
