Billy Mayes. Yup, that's right.

The super loud guy on commercials who advertised for things like Oxy Clean or other useful home appliances. Unlike some very annoying people on TV, this guy was likeable.

I was told yesterday that deaths usually come in 3's in the same week. How many people died this week? 4?

Last I heard, the ShamWow guy was in jail for beating a hooker.

BOTH BILLY MAYES AND MICHAEL JACKSON WERE FIFTY.

So, we may be looking at least another two deaths, one a fifty year old. That would without a doubt prove the "Three" rule.

Despite all this, this really sucks. People are dying left and right these days...

I'll miss Billy Mayes' freaky enthusiasm for Oxyclean.

I only ever really knew him as "that bearded guy that's always yelling at you", but he sure did make infomercials entertaining.

Jeff Goldblum didn't really die. Fred Travalena did though. Not sure how old Travalena was though.

Jeff Goldblum didn't really die. Fred Travalena did though. Not sure how old Travalena was though.

A quick IMDB search told me he was 66. Rather tragic all these people dying in the same week's time...

No, but if you lived in New York or New Jersey (as I do), you'd be scared shitless. I went to the beach- there's one near the house I used to live in- and the entire city seemed to have been clouded over. It stayed that way for almost two weeks, this cloudy, foggy look.
