It's been a while, isn't it? So yeah, I think that maybe there should be a Discord group for TE for all of us to hang out at our leisure. The app is nice and lightweight, and if you use the webapp, it does not require registration. Hopefully this will drum up more activity for the community.

Actually, I'm slightly less around now it seems, I've apparently lost 7lbs since I started working. Yay me. xD

Discord is a voice/text chat service that works a lot like TeamSpeak, except the UI is better.

Oh, I have this available since I MMO! I haven't been on in a few weeks (bad work days mean I don't want to chat) but I do have it. I'll pop on tomorrow after work and give out my ID# and all too.

I have to go in the office today (Saturday) to write a 5000-word project for my accounting qualification, 'cos I can't get it done at home with so many distractions.

well I'm fine as always, although I got a lot on my hands. My house is currently in construction, and although I'm not doing any building myself, organizing the whole thing is a lot of work.

also at work there's a lot going on, since we changed from "let everyone in the country" to "try to deport as much as possible" (my job is deporting asylum seekers and immigrants). at least next promotion is set for june.

and in two weeks I get the new car I ordered, so i gotta sell my old one in time.

still I wouldn't want to trade that for working on saturdays

Haha, thanks for the empathy though.

But it's not even working on Saturday - at least then I might get some extra pay for it. It's studying on Saturday to get my job-related qualification so that I may get a raise down the track. xD

That's right, I'm an accounts assistant - bookkeeping, VAT, a little low-level accounting.

I'm nearly done with my AAT qualification, which will see me a qualified accounting technician. (fancy term for junior accountant really, lol)

Then I'm gonna start the ACCA in a few months to become fully Chartered.
