Oops I did it again

so maybe you remember the fan organized Terranigma convenction 4 years ago to celebrate it's 30th anniversary. the made an art exhibition with kamui fujiwara, the lead artist and remade some tracks with one of the composers. I bought the CD and a reprint of the new original art. I think I payed like 60 € and then later an aditional 70 € in whatever toll taxes and thought to myself that it wasn't worth it.
they had another event recently with licensed merchandise this time.

well, yesterday, after my wife went to bed I sat in front of the PC, had two glasses of red wine, listened to some old SNES music when suddenly I found myself ordering the 96-page illustration album or whatever the fuck with google translate

it was only 30 bucks, so I'm curious what total amount I'm gonna pay this time until it arrives. wish me luck!

in Japan, like last time. this woman here posts a lot on facebook in the Terranigma group and has a website where she posts lots of fotos:

I think last saturday was another get together. there are some people on facebook that post selfies with Terranigma artists and it seems there are sometimes like only a dozen people in attendance and the staff members still show up

it's all a bit chaotic since it seems a lot of this is organized by japanese fans and it's all very niche. nonetheless I think it's a great cause and I'd love to go there.

the first additional 8 € reached me before they would send the package out man this stuff would all be illegal in germany, but hey, I know what I would get myself into. they seemed to ship the content, so I'm exited about what more fees await me before I get the delivery!

Haha, Terranigma merch has a way of sneaking into the cart when you're not looking! I totally missed those anniversary meetups but those links you shared look awesome. It's wild to think that after all these years there are still official celebrations going on – even if it's just a handful of die-hards and some SNES tunes.

Let us know how that artbook turns out once it arrives (and how much the customs folks bleed you for!). I keep telling myself I don't need more stuff… but then again, it's Terranigma.

update: the postal office tried to deliver and failed, returned it back to the office where I didn't pick it up. I'm sure I didn't get any notice, and it's very strange since I live in a single family home where all delivery services are allowed to put parcels on my terrace.

I can now wait 4 weeks for their investigation or pay another 17 € to reship again from japan!
