I have been in one or two in my day. Mostly just playing around, nothing too serious. Neither have worked out.

hm I voted for maybe, because I know 2 couples that started that way and are now happily married while I know of dozens of others that were dumped or betrayed on the first real date so I guess the chance for it to work isn't the biggest.

the last one i lived in was one... well, it works if you are ready to accept that you wont see each other a lot... keeping contact over phone/internet is a solution so you dont get the other one out of sight and mind

I'm saying yes, just because my gf and I, while not living too far apart, see each other so rarely these days that we may as well be.

But as hard as it's been sometimes, we make it work.

There was a girl I loved once, a long time ago when I was young, naive. We thought it could work. We believed in each other- in our naive, young love. Time withers all things, and so does distance. So no. I don't believe they can. Sad reality. I'd give anything to speak to her one more time...
