Artwork:

Fan made artwork and fictions are all copyrighted to their respective artists. The artists’ names are mentioned on the artwork page. Official game artwork is copyrighted to Square-Enix and Quintet.

Design:

The web design and layout of TerraEarth were created by Jeff Grasso (boxxleman) and coded by Michel van den Brink (eFlare). Various sprites and background textures are based on Soul Blazer, Illusion of Gaia, and Terranigma graphics.

Statistics:

TerraEarth uses a system to track visitor statistics and activity. We will collect non-personally identifiable information, information from you, such as the name and version of your operating system and web browser, your screen resolution, and your country of origin. We use these statistics to track the performance of the website and determine where it can be optimized, amongst other things.

Community:

When signing up for membership on TerraEarth we will collect information, in addition to those used for statistics, about you. TerraEarth will not under any circumstances share this information with any third parties. We do however reserve the rights to use this information as a basis for our site demographics, which may in given situations be proposed to potential advertisers and sponsors. This information will never contain any personally identifiable information.
