Loire is the city in Europe named after the longest river in France, the “Loire”. There are two possible expansions for Loire, beyond the initial state.

First Expansion:

• During the mayoral election in Loire, vote for Jean as the new mayor.

Second Expansion:

• Obtain the Clothes from Merily in Loire and deliver them to the three girls in Freedom.
• Obtain the Painting from Matis in Loire and deliver it to Rich in Britain.
• Help Pierre out with the invention of the Camera.
• Obtain the Wine from the winemaker in Loire and give it to the girl in the pub in Freedom.
