Strategy:

No, this isn’t the final boss, merely a prelude of sorts. Equip the Super Bracelet to end the battle quickly, but don’t get reckless. Deathtoll will teleport around the room at random, shooting off three fireballs when he re-appears. These fireballs will hone-in on you, so move around constantly to avoid getting hit, and the battle will be over before you know it.
