Strategy:

Incidentally, the best place to stand is where the Hero is standing in the picture. Attack feverishly at the Hands, dodging any Fireballs that may come your way. Most importantly, make sure you are out of range of the Skull when it dives. Whenever the Hands are not on-screen, focus your onslaught on the Skull, but only when it reaches the lowest point of its dive. This will protect you from massive amounts of damage as it dives up and down. Just alternate between the Hands and Skull until you win!
